| QUALITY POLICY The Board of Directors demands all Ductobarra´s employees, that only quality products may be manufactured and delivered. In order to accomplish this, a Total Quality Contro Manual has been prepared, to establish the norms a specifications to be followed through out every step: engineering, manufacturing process and customer service. The Quality Control Manager, who reports directly to this Board, is responsible for the strict accomplishment of this policy.
